At Pelé Soccer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the product is in new, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
